Feugen was a wight that was created to serve Heigan Capless and the Cult of the Damned.
Description
A wight of very large sight, Feugen had a severely decayed body with exposed bones and muscle as well as lifeless blue skin. His maw was rimmed with sharp fangs, and he had a pair of glowing orange-yellow eyes as well as bolts through the side of his skull. What remained of his hair was black-blue and lifeless, with the remnants of what may have been sideburns.
While he was capable of limited speech, Feugen could not conjure complex thought and largely followed the orders of his superiors.
Biography
Chapter Five: Civil War
Feugen was the one that found Uther Menethil when he was snooping around the restricted sections of the Capless Feather Grains warehouse in Venetia under the guise of a simple commoner that had been recently hired for manual labor. The large wight effortlessly lifted Uther into the air, and the creature's questioning, as well as the act Uther was putting on, immediately drew the attention of the foreman and cultist who had hired Uther, Toren Snapjoint.
However, Toren opted to allow "Seamus" to be spared after buying Uther's act of extreme terror and repeated apologies, and ordered Feugen to drop him so that he could be taken to the break room to get himself cleaned up.
