Elemental Blast

9th-level Evocation
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 150 feet
Components: VS
Duration: Instantaneous

The ground quakes and the winds shift as you create a concentrated blast of storm, earth, and fire before unleashing the wrath of the elements on a single target. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 8d8 acid damage and be knocked prone, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target must then make a Constitution saving throw or take 8d8 cold damage and be chilled, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target must then make a Dexterity saving throw or take 8d8 fire damage and be set on fire, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target must then make a Dexterity saving throw or take 8d8 lightning damage and it can’t take reactions until the start of its next turn, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target must then make a Constitution saving throw or take 8d8 thunder damage and be deafened, or half as much damage on a successful one.
If a creature passes one of the saves, it does not suffer from the added effect of that type of damage. A creature chilled or deafened by this spell may repeat the Constitution saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the ongoing effect on a success.
